This free monthly walking group is for anyone navigating pregnancy or early parenthood. Come connect with other parents, enjoy time outdoors, and build a supportive community.
Perinatal professionals (doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, chiropractors, therapists, etc.) are also welcome! Come network and share the services you offer with the group.

We'll move the meet-up to an alternate location.
OVERNIGHT POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
$60 per hour
During overnight shifts, I provide attentive newborn care so parents can fully rest and recharge. I care for your baby throughout the night—managing bottle feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and swaddling. For breastfeeding parents, I offer guidance and pumping support. I also provide emotional & physical support & gentle sleep guidance. Detailed overnight care notes will be provided at the end of each shift.

Daytime text support (from pregnancy through postpartum)

One in-home visit before baby arrives

Postpartum Planning PDF + guided planning session during your in-home visit

Newborn Sleep Guide + 45-minute sleep consulting call (available until baby is 12 months old)

Trusted community resources and recommendations.
A daily travel fee applies if driving time exceeds 30 minutes one-way from my home in Austin, TX.
DAYTIME POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
$60 per hour
During daytime shifts, I support families with newborn care and education, infant feeding and sleep guidance, soothing techniques, and sibling transitions. I also assist with light household tasks & pet care. My support emphasizes postpartum recovery, rest, and nurturing the bond between parents and baby.

$175 (1-hour)
+ 1-week Voxer coaching (optional)
