Walks are held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at 10 AM at GARRISON PARK

This is a FREE group to connect with other parents navigating the path of early parenthood. Come and be a part of a community that really cares, make new friends and enjoy being outdoors.
Birth & postpartum professionals- please join us & share with the group about the services you offer pregnant & postpartum families & network with other professionals.

OVERNIGHT POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
$55 per hour (singleton)
$65 per hour (multiples)
During an overnight shift, I take over care of the baby so
parents can prioritize their sleep. I provide infant feeding support (breastfeeding & bottle), pumping support, diaper/swaddle/soothe baby, offer emotional support & sleep guidance & give community resources & recommendations.

Support Includes:

8-9 hour shifts (9/10pm-6am)

Daytime text support

One optional in-home visit (before the baby arrives)

Postpartum Planning PDF + option to schedule an in-home planning session @ $110

​$40 daily travel fee will apply if driving time is 30 mins or more, one-way, from my home in Austin, TX
DAYTIME POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
$55 per hour (singleton)
$65 per hour (multiples)
During a daytime shift, I help families with infant feeding & sleep guidance, newborn care & education, infant soothing techniques, sibling transitions, light housekeeping, offer community resources & recommendations & pet help. I also focus on the importance of postpartum recovery, rest & bonding with baby.
