​This free monthly walking group is for anyone navigating pregnancy or early parenthood. Come connect with other parents, enjoy time outdoors, and build a supportive community.
Perinatal professionals (doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, chiropractors, therapists, etc.) are also welcome! Come network and share the services you offer with the group. ​

OVERNIGHT POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
$60 per hour (singleton)
$65 per hour (multiples)
EMPLOYER BENEFITS ACCEPTED- I’m an approved provider for some employer-sponsored family support programs. Check with your HR team to see if your benefits cover postpartum doula care.
During an overnight shift, I take over care of the baby so
parents can prioritize their sleep. I provide infant feeding support (breastfeeding & bottle), pumping support, diaper/swaddle/soothe baby, offer emotional support & sleep guidance & give community resources & recommendations.

Support Includes:

8-9 hour shifts (9/10pm-6am)

Daytime text support

One in-home visit (before the baby arrives)

Postpartum Planning PDF + option to schedule a planning session during the in-home visit

DAYTIME POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT

During a daytime shift, I help families with infant feeding & sleep guidance, newborn care & education, infant soothing techniques, sibling transitions, light housekeeping, offer community resources & recommendations & pet help. I also focus on the importance of postpartum recovery, rest & bonding with baby.
